Harassment/Discrimination Telephone Investigation
Should an allegation of workplace harassment or discrimination be brought to an employer’s attention it is the legal responsibility of the employer to investigate the claim. Via telephone consultations, TLHRM will guide the client or client’s advisor through the investigation process and advise on actions to take based on the outcome.


Harassment/Discrimination Onsite Investigation
Employers often prefer to have an objective third party conduct the harassment or discrimination investigation. A TLHRM HR professional will travel to the client’s home to perform the investigation which includes recording and documenting interviews with all involved employees and witnesses. A written brief summarizing the findings and an action plan for next steps is delivered to the client.


 
Employee Termination Action Plan
Employee terminations can be a gut-wrenching experience for all parties, whether it’s a mutual decision or a potentially volatile situation. We help prepare clients with the proper tools and strategies to ensure the exits are safe and legally compliant. The package contains:

 Onsite Termination of Employee
In some situations it is safer and less emotional to have an objective third party handle an employee termination. A TLHRM HR professional will travel to the client’s home to conduct the employee’s exit which includes:
  • Communication with the employee regarding reason for termination, final paycheck, benefits, etc.
  • Exit interview
  • Signed separation agreement, if applicable
  • Collecting keys, codes and other household property
  • Physically walking the employee off the property
