PROCEDURE MANUAL

A procedure manual is a highly specialized document that instructs your staff on the ‘how to’ and ‘when to schedule’ details of the particular tasks within your household and property. 

Often referred to as a household manual, a Procedure Manual will support your staff, giving them an invaluable resource of detailed information and instructions. 

The manual is divided into three categories:

  Routine and Preventative Maintenance:  examples, scheduling of service technicians, water filter changes, pool cleaning.  For more information, see System Maintenance.  
A monthly calendar of events is provided.

  Comfort Maintenance:  examples, the temperature settings for each room or the frequency of linen changes.

  Safety and Security:  examples, fire evacuations plans and prevention, invasion and awareness procedures.
